Employee Engagement Survey
In 2023, Ethias employees took part for the third year in a row in the Employee Engagement Survey. They were asked about their engagement and enablement. The results in 2023 show an overall satisfaction rate of 86% among employees and a pride in working for Ethias reaching 82%. Areas of improvement, listed in action plans, are opportunities for Ethias to grow and optimise its working environment for the employees, the driving force of the company.
Top Employer 2024 certification
In the spring of 2022, Ethias was given four weeks to complete a comprehensive survey: 400 questions on 600 practices, divided into 6 themes and 20 sub-themes with a focus on Leadership Development, Employee Listening and Purpose. In January 2024, Ethias received confirmation that it had been awarded the Top Employer label for the third time.
